One of the many experiences Kappa has to offer is the chance to live in the beautiful Kappa Kappa Gamma house with 80 fellow sorority members. Girls have the choice of living with 1 to 3 roommates in a room that they are free to make their own. Every room is equipped with beds, desks, sets of drawers and closet space. Each level is also equipped with brand new marbled sink and tiled floor bathrooms. As crazy as girls can be while getting ready, these bathrooms have plenty of space for girls to be blow drying their hair, putting on their makeup, and brushing their teeth before a fun night out.

Our wonderful chef cooks breakfast, lunch and dinner right downstairs where people can hang out in the dining room, living room or TV lounge. The TV lounge has just been recently renovated with a brand new flat screen TV and a huge comfy couch that can fit as many girls as possible. If girls prefer to be more active, Kappa also has a workout room with a treadmill, an elliptical, and free lifting weights. Kappa understands that girls can be quite social so while many of the rooms may get loud with chit chat, there are also two study rooms for those that prefer a quiet space to study.

The Kappa Kappa Gamma house has 20 parking spaces in the back of the house, with parking for guests any time they want to visit. The parking spaces are individually decorated each fall by the new member class. There are also bike racks for the many pink, purple, blue, and green beach cruisers that girls ride to and from school every day.
